Material:
* 600 ml water
* 100 gr sugar palm
* 100 gr ginger, peeled and burned and crushed
* 2 pieces of pandan leaves, shredded.
* 3 pieces of cloves
* 200 gr young coconut kerokan
* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 1 teaspoon coffee
How to make:
1. Boil water, ginger, pandan and cloves until the water was hot.
2. Then enter the palm sugar.
3. Cook until the sugar has dissolved, add the salt.
4. Mix well then strain.
5. Serve with young coconut.
